Job Overview
The Loan Executive role involves driving business growth by actively engaging in cold calling, lead generation, and acquiring new clients. This position requires direct marketing and field sales efforts, fostering partnerships with builders, Channel Partners, Chartered Accountants, property consultants, and other referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate business opportunities through proactive cold calling and lead development.
- Engage in field sales activities and expand network connections with key stakeholders including builders, Channel Partners, Chartered Accountants, and property consultants.
- Assess clients’ financial needs and provide guidance on appropriate loan offerings tailored to their requirements.
- Gather, verify, and diligently follow up on all necessary documentation to facilitate timely loan processing.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless loan application login, processing, and sanctioning.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and business contacts to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain thorough follow-up monitoring with customers and lending partners until the loan disbursement is complete, while keeping accurate records of leads and loan files.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges between 20,000 and 35,000 INR.
