Role Overview
Join Enexio Power Cooling Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as a Logistics Manager, where you will oversee both domestic and international logistics activities including the coordination of transportation, freight, and shipments. You will play a critical role in aligning material movements with project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials to site locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all logistics functions linked to project schedules.
- Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with Custom House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade and logistics regulations.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with logistics service providers and transportation partners.
- Work closely with the Procurement, Projects, Stores, and Finance departments to guarantee seamless logistics execution.
- Proactively resolve logistics challenges, mitigate delays, and manage escalations effectively.
- Optimize freight and logistics costs while maintaining delivery deadlines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time (TAT), freight expenses, delivery performance, and claims management.
- Drive continuous process improvements and enhance operational efficiency within logistics functions.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of logistics documentation, tracking shipments, and preparing reports.
- Comply with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies in all logistics operations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 10 to 15 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly project logistics in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in import/export procedures and customs clearance operations.
- Experience handling logistics for heavy equipment and materials is preferred.
- Proven capability in managing freight, transport, and logistics vendors efficiently.
- Proficient with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate among Procurement, Projects, Stores, and Finance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address delays and escalations.
- Focused on cost optimization without compromising delivery schedules.
- Exposure to extensive project logistics undertakings is considered advantageous.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree such as B.Com in Commerce, B.B.A. / B.M.S. specialized in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management, or a B.Tech / B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
