  • Adapt flexibly to future business transformations including potential role expansion into retail logistics/DC operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned that contribute to the organization’s success.

Candidate Profile

  • In-depth knowledge of E-commerce logistics including order processing, carrier oversight, inventory accuracy, delivery metrics, and issue resolution.
  • Experience in retail logistics, distribution center operation, store replenishment, or omnichannel logistics is a valuable advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external logistics partners.
  • Proven success working independently in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems, transport management platforms, dashboards, and relevant logistics tech.
  • Strong analytical skills using metrics and root-cause analysis to drive enhancements in service, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Competence in managing multiple projects, including complex cross-functional improvements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with vendors, carriers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada as necessary and availability for after-hours support.
  • French language skills are an asset.
