About the Company
This role is with a manufacturing company committed to efficient management and technological integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the rollout and integration of new software modules within the company.
- Diagnose and resolve all IT and network-related challenges efficiently.
- Provide solutions to issues related to the ERP system to ensure smooth business operations.
- Implement updates and revisions to the company's networking protocols and programs.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Should have experience in IT and networking training, enabling effective knowledge transfer.
- Demonstrate diligence and strong capabilities in troubleshooting software problems.
- Possess the ability to resolve server-related issues with proven techniques.
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with SOFGEN software.
