Role Overview

Join the Executive and Internal Communications team at a leading global technology company as the Manager of Internal Communications in Bengaluru, India. In this position, you will craft engaging employee communications and organize events for top executives, working closely with internal stakeholders to implement strategic communication campaigns that resonate with the company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies and executive messaging to inform and engage employees effectively.
• Coordinate with the internal communications team to maintain consistent and aligned messaging across the organization.
• Create clear, concise, and persuasive executive content across various formats such as business presentations, talking points, change communications, social media posts, and speeches.
• Lead national events featuring important guests and leverage innovative tools including company products and artificial intelligence to enhance communication impact.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to clearly convey the company's opportunities and vision for the Indian market to employees and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience specializing in internal and executive communications related to technology products or services.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory, managerial, or leadership capacity overseeing teams.
• Proven expertise in crafting communication through emails, scripts, and internal presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse organizational levels and roles.
