Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to participate in contract-based remote work focused on advancing AI systems. This opportunity involves providing specialized input to enhance how AI models learn and reason, primarily through real-world backend engineering insights. No prior AI experience is necessary; your proficiency in backend technologies is the key asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply your expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to deliver expert guidance and feedback for AI system improvements.
- Conduct thorough analysis and review of code samples to ensure they meet standards for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify effective development strategies and patterns in backend engineering.
- Assess practical Node.js application scenarios to teach AI models resilient, scalable, and maintainable coding techniques.
- Document technical insights, edge cases, and nuanced considerations in clear and accessible written formats.
- Bridge complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences during model training contributions.
- Maintain high-quality written and verbal communication standards with internal and external collaborators.
