About the Role
Management Solutions International (MSI) seeks a diligent and organized Office Manager to efficiently handle daily office operations and streamline administrative functions. This role entails close collaboration with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Logistics to uphold smooth business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise office support teams, coordinate maintenance and facility services.
- Manage procurement processes for office supplies and keep inventory levels updated.
- Engage with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery performance.
- Support financial procedures by handling invoice processing, petty cash management, expense documentation, and other administrative paperwork.
- Assist Human Resources with onboarding activities, managing employee records, attendance and leave tracking, as well as compliance with governmental paperwork.
- Arrange meetings, business travel plans, company events, and maintain comprehensive office records.
- Prepare various reports and correspondence, and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements
- Between five to eight years of experience in office administration or management.
- Prior experience in FMCG, trading, distribution, retail, or HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sectors.
