OMNI Department Manager

Position Summary

The OMNI Department Manager is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs. This role involves managing and supporting Online Grocery and Walmart.ca operations both directly and through collaboration with OMNI Associates. The Manager strategically plans and carries out tasks based on workload and customer demand patterns.

Key Duties

• Train and develop all OMNI Associates.
• Perform Back Office setup including reviewing future grocery orders, daily pickup reports, confirming daily orders, identifying payment exceptions and picks, assessing workload by commodity, assigning CFAs, updating staging whiteboards, and configuring handheld devices and printers.
• Monitor and respond to emails and AMP+ for any action items.
• Complete daily picking tasks when necessary and manage post-pick activities such as setting and clearing service stations, cleaning totes, maintaining e-commerce cleanliness standards, and ensuring the Back Office is neat and organized for the next day.
• Lead by example by greeting customers politely and friendly, promoting products and services, helping with merchandise location, and supporting purchasing decisions.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position starts at $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
