Role Overview
The Online Data Entry Analyst keeps digital records accurate, organized, and easy to access across online systems. This position helps day-to-day business operations by making sure information is entered correctly, checked for errors, and maintained in a usable format for reporting, analysis, and routine work.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, revise, and maintain records in online databases and internal platforms.
- Check entries for correctness, completeness, and consistent formatting.
- Carry out regular validation and quality reviews to spot mismatches or errors.
- Fix mistakes and refresh records according to set procedures.
- Sort and classify digital data so it can be found quickly when needed.
- Support data cleaning, formatting, and standardization tasks.
- Help prepare simple reports, summaries, and documentation tied to data work.
- Keep clear records of completed tasks and processed information.
- Follow data privacy rules and protect confidential information.
- Work with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
