Role Overview

We seek a diligent Backend Operations Executive to enhance our sales and operational functions by managing coordination, documentation, invoicing, and customer communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete backend operations, including order management and documentation.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and deliver prompt sales assistance.
• Generate quotations, sales orders, GST invoices, delivery challans, and other necessary commercial paperwork.
• Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to collect outstanding payments and maintain Accounts Receivable records.
• Accurately maintain customer databases, management information system reports, and operational data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST invoicing and commercial documentation procedures.
• Strong organizational aptitude with multitasking capabilities.
• High accuracy and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
