Job Overview
Redhy Marketing Private Limited seeks a proactive Outbound Telecaller based in Bengaluru to engage potential customers interested in car loans. The role involves detailed communication about loan options and assisting clients throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers who have expressed interest in car loans.
- Clearly communicate details about car loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.
- Identify and qualify leads for both new and used car loan products.
- Regularly follow up with customers until their loan applications are processed and finalized.
- Collect and manage customer documentation, coordinating with sales and loan processing departments.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and call details.
- Foster strong customer relationships by providing attentive and reliable service.
- Meet established daily and monthly targets for calls made and successful loan conversions.
Additional Information
This position offers a monthly salary range of 15000 to 25000 INR.
