Job Overview
As an Outbound Tele Sales Representative, you will actively reach out to merchants via outbound calls to present our offerings, generate new sales opportunities, and strive to meet set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to merchants to introduce and explain our services.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and pricing details.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound sales or telesales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Efficient time management and task prioritization skills.
- Effective negotiation capabilities.
- Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Salary up to 29,000 INR per month plus Provident Fund (PF) benefits.
- Work location: Saki Naka, Mumbai.
- Fully on-site work environment.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
