Role Overview
As an Outreach Specialist within Arine's Clinical Care team, you will play a key role in improving patient health outcomes by using Arine's platform to facilitate clinical services and medication management. Reporting to a Clinical Support and Pharmacist Team Lead, this temporary position through December 2026 focuses on conducting high-volume outbound pharmacy calls to resolve or escalate medication-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Make between 75 to 100 outbound calls per day to pharmacies to represent Arine’s services and support patient health plans.
- Identify issues requiring follow-up or pharmacist escalation and document them appropriately.
- Gather provider contact and patient information necessary to facilitate clinical interventions.
- Maintain meticulous records in Arine’s software platform.
- Participate actively in team and process improvement meetings to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Complete other related projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment with familiarity of medical terminology and medication names.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resistance from pharmacy staff and escalate when necessary.
- Strong critical thinking skills, especially with navigating phone IVR systems.
- Excellent prioritization, written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of patient health information privacy regulations and responsibility.
- Comfort with repetitive, metrics-driven work that tracks outcomes and quality.
- High reliability, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Mac OS, and collaboration/contact center software like Slack and Five9; ability to operate multiple browser-based systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and clinical platforms.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Capacity to work 40 hours weekly within company hours: Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time with up to two rotating Saturdays per month.

- Experience using auto-dialer systems.

Compensation and Perks
