About the Role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and play a vital role in delivering health, beauty, and convenience services to your community. The Overnight Supervisor ensures customers remain the focal point of all store activities by managing customer service functions including cashier operations, merchandising, and maintaining overall store standards during overnight shifts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead cashier and merchandising teams by ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Train staff on their respective duties and provide ongoing direction and support.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention protocols, including overseeing daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking, and PC Optimum procedures.
• Maintain a professional store image through adherence to the Uniform Policy and manage customer inquiries and issues, resolving refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Encourage customer participation in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Survey.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves with proper product rotation, and set up or remove product displays as directed.
• Ensure store cleanliness, upkeep, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as needed and assist with cashier responsibilities when required.
• Adhere to and enforce all store and loss prevention policies.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $18.20 to $20.55, depending on experience, knowledge, and location.
