Role Overview
Begin your journey in Human Resources with Fletcher Construction as a People & Performance Coordinator. This role offers a comprehensive HR experience, supporting leaders and employees throughout the organization. Working closely with seasoned HR professionals, you will gain valuable coaching, development opportunities, and involvement with a broad spectrum of HR processes, making it an excellent position for entrants into HR or those transitioning from administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR administrative and coordination services across the employee lifecycle, emphasizing effective onboarding.
- Manage and update personnel databases, records, documents, and procedural workflows.
- Assist managers and staff with questions regarding HR systems and processes.
- Contribute to People & Performance projects and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure a positive employee experience through timely and quality support.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduates in HR or experienced administrative professionals seeking to enter Human Resources.
- Exemplary attention to detail paired with strong organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A customer-service mindset combined with a collaborative team spirit.
- Comfort with navigating systems and process adherence.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop professionally.
- Experience with HR systems is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
