About the Role
McCabes Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join their Westport location in County Mayo, Ireland. This is a permanent, full-time position devoted to delivering quality pharmaceutical care and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions, ensuring safety and attention to detail.
- Manage prescription records and handle monthly HSE PCRS claims in compliance with regulations.
- Provide patients with knowledgeable advice on over-the-counter products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships by delivering friendly, expert customer service.
- Oversee dispensary stock management including expiry checks, order placement, and smooth operational flow.
- Engage proactively in personal development initiatives, teamwork projects, and contribute innovative ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of the IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies.
