About the Role

Blinkit Private Limited is hiring Pickers and Packers to work full-time across various store locations in Bengaluru. Suitable for both freshers and experienced individuals with any educational background (minimum 10th pass).

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select products from store shelves matching customer orders.
• Carefully pack items ensuring they remain undamaged during delivery.
• Verify the quantity and condition of products prior to packing.
• Organise and restock shelves as necessary to maintain inventory availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement within the store environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with store teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Achieve daily targets related to productivity and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Basic literacy and communication abilities.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting light to moderate weights throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive team-oriented attitude.

Shift Details

9-hour rotating shifts including breaks, with one weekly day off.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 22,000.
