Policy Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a part-time remote Policy Consultant to join our Risk Management Services (RMS) team on a project basis, providing expert insight into security and policy landscapes.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze significant geopolitical and global events across economic, technological, and political domains using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify emerging security risks and policy changes.
• Aggregate and interpret diverse data sources such as OSINT, human intelligence, and signal data to create concise, actionable informational and policy briefs.
• Conduct thorough research for targeted security topics and client projects, creating comprehensive security consulting reports with practical recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with clients to grasp their security needs and challenges, designing customized professional security solutions aligned with their objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years' professional experience related to policy analysis, security consulting, or advisory roles; preference given to candidates with 3 to 5 years in government affairs, legislative lobbying, congressional staff roles, federal agencies, or major consulting firms.
• Strong intrinsic motivation for security consulting and advisory services, emphasizing continuous learning and commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of clearly conveying complex security and policy content to varied audiences including those without technical backgrounds.

Compensation Details

This part-time role offers a monthly salary between 2000 and 4000 USD, determined by experience, skills, and performance quality.
