Role Overview

This position as a Posting & Cleaning Operative offers a flexible full-time opportunity where you will join a skilled team responsible for maintaining high standards in client advertising postings and cleaning council bus shelters year-round. Your work area will cover East Anglia and Essex Coastal locations, managing a 40-hour week with a rotating schedule of one week focused on posting and the next on cleaning.

Job Details

• The role is physically demanding and requires work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You will operate independently on your designated route, traveling alone with your own van.
• Weekly visits to the Sawtry branch are required to restock supplies and receive company updates.
• A fully covered company vehicle will be provided for business travel, including commuting and accessing diverse environments such as high streets, residential, and rural areas.
• Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be offered to ensure your success in the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid driving licence with less than 3 penalty points.
• While prior outdoor work in all weather conditions is helpful, it is not mandatory.
• Experience driving medium-sized vans is necessary.
• Comfort and proficiency in remote and unsupervised working conditions are required.
• Strong time management and self-organizing abilities are essential.
• Industrial cleaning background is advantageous but not compulsory.
