Overview
A leading multinational manufacturing company seeks a Power Platform Developer to join its internal applications team in County Cavan, Ireland. This full-time permanent role focuses on advancing Microsoft Power Platform solutions across various departments within the organization through hands-on development and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Engage with business units to capture requirements and convert them into scalable, technical solutions.
- Create both Model-Driven and Canvas applications tailored to business needs.
- Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and external APIs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Document new and existing software solutions comprehensively.
- Participate in deployments and support go-live events when necessary, including occasional out-of-hours assistance for critical incidents.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ practical experience developing using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and managing Dataverse environments.
- Experience working with Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle and best practices.
- Familiarity with deployment using CI/CD pipelines is important.
- Understanding of governance, security protocols, and access control within Power Platform solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Copilot Studio is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Permanent, full-time employment located in County Cavan with a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite).
- Annual salary between €50,000 and €60,000.

- Infrequent requirement for out-of-hours support during critical deployments and incidents.
