Role Summary
The Pre Cast BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed BIM models for precast and structural components using Autodesk Revit. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy, design coordination, constructability, and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed BIM models for precast and structural elements in Autodesk Revit and keep them updated through the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with BIM Leads, structural engineers, architects, and MEP specialists to align models across disciplines.
- Check and verify models and shop drawings prepared by junior modelers and detailers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow BIM Execution Plans, internal standards, and QA/QC procedures while developing and maintaining models.
- Handle model revisions, updates, and version tracking at each stage of the project.
- Produce shop drawings, layouts, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
- Carry out clash checks and coordination reviews using Revit and Navisworks.
- Guide and support junior BIM team members through technical assistance and training.
- Partner with production, design, and site teams to resolve coordination and buildability issues.
- Contribute to BIM automation initiatives, model optimization workflows, and shop drawing automation using Impact Precast.
Eligibility
Candidates holding a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering are eligible to apply.

The position is based in Hyderabad, India. Compensation is listed at INR 200000 to INR 300000 per year.
