Job Overview
The Pricing Analyst will be a key contributor to the company’s customer relationship management and growth. This role acts as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring that their requirements are met with excellent service and effective pricing strategies. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, along with strong analytical abilities and communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted consultant for their fresh food needs.
- Deliver accurate, competitive pricing quotes that promote customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Perform market analysis and raw material evaluations to remain abreast of industry trends.
- Create and apply pricing strategies based on market dynamics, customer demand, and company goals.
- Utilize Power BI and Excel to generate insightful reports aiding business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with sales, procurement, and operations teams to provide smooth customer support.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends and devise pricing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and internal interaction.
