Role Overview

As a Process Delivery Specialist in Human Resources Operations focusing on recruitment, you will partner with various stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment assistance. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, IBM’s operations team, and staff to manage talent acquisition effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle partial ownership of the sourcing lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and acting proactively to meet objectives.
  • Design, develop, plan, and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to build a qualified talent pipeline.
  • Evaluate candidate suitability and apply innovative methods to generate candidate leads.
  • Work with business leadership to define goals for the Global Delivery Centre.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate screening, maintain detailed selection criteria, update candidate statuses regularly, and address additional management requirements.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of direct sourcing and recruitment experience, ideally within ITES, BPO, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills throughout requisition, sourcing, debriefing, and offer processes.
  • Skilled in using social media and creative sourcing techniques for acquiring candidates.
