Job Overview
The Vehicle Procurement Executive is tasked with sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring vehicles tailored to fulfill the operational requirements of the company. This role demands effective vendor relationship management, diligent cost analysis, and strict adherence to procurement policies.
Key Duties
- Locate and obtain vehicles in line with company demands, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Build and sustain partnerships with suppliers, skillfully negotiate prices, and secure advantageous terms.
- Guarantee that all vehicle purchases meet regulatory guidelines and maintain precise procurement documentation.
- Collaborate with operations teams to coordinate vehicle acquisition according to business objectives.
- Monitor procurement budgets and strive for optimal cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable experience in vehicle procurement or managing fleets.
- Expertise in negotiation tactics and vendor management.
- Awareness of automotive industry trends and vehicle pricing mechanisms.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and relevant procurement software platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
