Procurement Specialist

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist with over 4 years of experience in Professional Services procurement and at least 2 years focused on Outsourcing. The candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing events, conduct financial analyses, negotiate with suppliers, and lead complex sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sourcing events and RFXs from initiation through completion.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses to support development of business case proposals.
• Negotiate terms and agreements effectively with suppliers.
• Lead large-scale sourcing projects within Outsourcing, BPO, Shared Services, or Workforce Services sectors.
• Manage multifaceted RFX processes from start to finish.
• Conduct negotiations on outsourcing agreements valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
• Facilitate communication and foster relationships across business units with assertiveness and influence.
• Leverage business analysis and relationship management skills to align sourcing initiatives with partner strategies.
• Collaborate within team settings to gather and implement feedback from various organizational levels.
• Work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years in Professional Services procurement.
• At least 2 years specializing in Outsourcing procurement.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale outsourcing sourcing efforts.
• Experience with managing complex RFX processes end-to-end.
• Strong negotiation skills for multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with confidence and assertiveness.
• Proficient in business analysis and relationship management to implement sourcing strategies.
• Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively across levels and departments.
• Availability to work EST time zones.
