Role and Responsibilities
- Interpret extensive datasets to generate meaningful product insights that inform decisions.
- Create and sustain dashboards for monitoring key product performance indicators.
- Establish and track critical metrics including retention rates, funnel conversion rates, and average order value.
- Support the implementation and analysis of A/B testing and experimental design frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business units.
- Perform in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Convert complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches.
- Automate reporting workflows utilizing SQL and Python programming.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise with Advanced SQL for large data management and querying.
- Proficient in Python programming, specifically with data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Deep understanding of product-related metrics and funnel analytics techniques.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation methodologies.
- Skilled in data visualization and effectively communicating findings through storytelling.
- Comfortable handling and interpreting large volumes of data.
- Strong analytical thinking coupled with effective stakeholder engagement skills.
