About the Role
The Product Manager is essential in steering the creation and market success of new products. This role encompasses strategic planning, evaluating market trends, and working cross-functionally to ensure products align with market demands and user expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support new product planning and definition processes.
- Perform market research, competitor assessments, and user needs analysis to aid in conceptual design, feature setting, and roadmap development for products.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee products progress as intended and fulfill core target market requirements.
- Lead product localization efforts, tailoring features, user workflows, and content to comply with regulations and cultural nuances of international markets.
- Formulate regional go-to-market strategies, covering pricing, acquisition channels, market positioning, and unique selling propositions.
- Identify key installers to forge long-term partnerships and sustain these relationships.
- Offer technical and product support to installers, gather practical feedback, and drive ongoing product refinement.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have a relevant academic background in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in product management or analogous domains.
- Preferred: Knowledge of market research techniques and international localization strategies.
