Define the product vision and market positioning clearly.
Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap aligned with business goals and user feedback.
Keep abreast of technological developments and competitors in the market.
Gather and prioritize requirements from users, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Author detailed User Stories, use cases, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
Manage a well-structured, prioritized product backlog.
Lead design workshops collaborating with UX/UI teams.
Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives with the technical team.
Communicate clear and actionable requirements to developers.
Conduct functional testing, acceptance testing, and post-deployment verification.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality, performance, and user experience standards.
Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations internally and externally.
Create compelling, visual, and organized materials using tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
Present product roadmaps and updates to management, clients, and partners.
Monitor and analyze key product KPIs such as adoption, retention, usage, NPS, and user feedback.
Identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence within products.
Spot potential for automation in user workflows and business processes.
Support teams in enhancing AI competencies within projects.

Strong technical foundation in web, mobile apps, APIs, and software architecture.
Exceptional skills in drafting clear, practical functional specifications.
Proficient with Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion.
A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and user experience design.
Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, testing environments, and continuous delivery is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Natural leadership qualities and competency in working across multidisciplinary teams.
Effective interpersonal skills communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, design, product design or related field.
Has at least 5 years professional experience including 1-2 years as a frontend/backend developer or UI/UX designer.
Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within an IT services company, tech startup, or digital firm.
Demonstrates leadership skills capable of guiding teams without hierarchical authority.
Superior communication in both written and spoken forms.
Detail oriented with an ability to keep the big picture in focus.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
