Production Crew

About the Role

This position requires active participation in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive production environment with a primary focus on print production. Flexibility is essential due to the possibility of working outside regular hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of all production department areas including print, display, exhibition, and design & build.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse, production spaces, and company vehicles at all times.
• Safely operate various production machinery to meet company standards.
• Manage stock control including restocking, inventory auditing, and coordination of incoming shipments.
• Perform driving duties for pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Assemble and produce company products with high-quality standards.
• Support the team during installation and pack-down tasks when required.
• Oversee quality control procedures for outgoing products.
• Actively contribute ideas and recommendations to team meetings and continuous improvement.
• Promote a safe, healthy workplace by adhering consistently to health, safety, and wellness policies and relevant legislation.
• Maintain professional and positive interactions with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates at all experience levels; on-the-job training is provided.
• Possess practical, hands-on experience either formal or informal.
• Demonstrate good fabrication and technical skills.
• Hold a clean driving license, with manual transmission experience preferred.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Printer RIP software.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and focus on teamwork and safety.

Additional Advantages (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in print production including trimming, laminating, SAV application, and familiarity with RIP software.
• Background in exhibition or event displays such as Octonorm, Fast40/Fast60, beMatrix, shell schemes, truss setups, and event flooring.
• Possession of a forklift license with F endorsement.
• Class 2 truck license.
• Current First Aid certification.
