Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to prepare for equipment production, erection, and commissioning.
• Plan, oversee, and implement production operations to fulfill client needs and company objectives.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources by assigning duties, supervising progress, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Create daily production schedules based on resource availability and prioritize workflows effectively.
• Perform cost management evaluations to reduce production expenses while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in daily production scheduling, erection and commissioning of equipment, interpreting technical drawings, planning engineering activities, and scheduling projects.
• Experience with conveyors, material handling systems, and sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Holds a Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Possesses between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in production engineering or mechanical engineering roles.
