Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our production support team in Hyderabad. This role demands full-time presence at the Mphasis office (Offshore Development Center) with no work-from-home or hybrid options. Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts covering early morning, afternoon, and night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous 24x7 production support ensuring system stability and availability.
- Handle production deployments with a DevOps approach.
- Monitor batch jobs and perform related troubleshooting.
- Utilize Splunk for SLI/SLO/SLA management, error budget monitoring, burn rate analysis, queries, alerts, and dashboard creation.
- Perform Linux debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production support and SRE roles.
- Strong communication abilities to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with .NET environment and associated debugging techniques.
- Proficient in CI/CD configuration and processes.
- Programming knowledge, preferably in Python.
Additional Details
- Location: Hyderabad (also mention Bangalore but primary focus is Hyderabad).
- Work modality: Full onsite at Mphasis office.
- Shifts: Rotational shift patterns (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM; 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM; 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
