Role Overview
This position involves working closely as a member of the delivery team, focusing on client interaction to ensure quality assurance, swiftly resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand client requirements thoroughly and participate in design creation and review processes.
- Validate solution architecture and ensure superior service quality in technology engagements.
- Engage in project estimations and contribute insights for solution delivery and technical risk mitigation.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and unit test plan evaluations to maintain code quality standards.
- Lead and mentor development teams to produce optimized, high-quality code outputs while fostering continuous knowledge sharing.
- Adhere strictly to organizational guidelines and processes throughout project execution.
- Contribute significantly to creating effective programs or systems aiding clients in their digital transformation efforts.
