IC İçtaş Construction is an established global construction company with over five decades of experience executing a broad variety of domestic and international projects, including airports, ports, marinas, roads, bridges, high-speed trains, power plants, and tourism facilities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and results-focused Project Control Manager to oversee our infrastructure project focused on road construction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 20 years of hands-on experience in large infrastructure ventures involving bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
- Minimum of 5 years serving as a Project Control Manager, handling planning, cost management, and progress reporting in complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written; Arabic language skills will be considered advantageous.
- Well-versed with Oracle Primavera P6 software and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and enforce detailed project control plans to guarantee effective project completion, using Primavera P6 to track schedules and budgets.
- Perform regular evaluations of project performance metrics to detect deviations and suggest corrections to maintain schedule and financial objectives.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that meet client and regulatory demands.
- Develop precise cost estimates and budget allocations drawing on market trends and previous data for accurate financial planning.
- Drive risk assessment activities by recognizing potential issues, formulating mitigation tactics, and activating contingency procedures to lessen delays and additional costs.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive project status updates to senior leadership, communicating key successes, obstacles, and future guidance.
