About the Role
This contract Project Coordinator position supports project teams working across themed entertainment, attractions, and experiential environments. The role focuses on coordinating estimating and tender activities while helping translate creative direction into commercially workable project documentation from early concept through construction.
Work Schedule and Location
Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. The role is based in a hybrid setup tied to the Cincinnati or Orlando headquarters, with remote work eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation and support delivery across concept, design development, tender, fabrication, and construction stages.
- Help manage estimating and tender processes for themed entertainment and multi-discipline projects.
- Maintain organized file structures, version control, naming standards, and approval workflows.
- Work closely with designers, architects, engineers, and production vendors to track revisions and project updates.
- Support the preparation and distribution of design intent and construction documentation packages.
- Manage RFQ, RFP, and tender-related documentation, including coordination with design, vendor, and procurement teams.
- Keep communication clear between creative and technical contributors so documentation remains accurate and aligned with intent.
- Monitor shifting priorities, handle multiple tasks at once, and follow through on deliverables promptly.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone with experience in design-and-build communication workflows within architecture, interior design, or construction. Prior exposure to themed entertainment or multi-discipline construction management is preferred. The ideal candidate can work independently, stay highly organized, and manage documentation with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Tools and Working Style
Applicants should be comfortable using document management and design tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Keynote, and cloud-based collaboration platforms similar to Box, Aconex, ACC, and SharePoint. The role also calls for strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, workflow management, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

This is a temporary contractor position and not a full-time team member role.
