Project Coordinator, EdTech

Role Overview

Wisewire is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers by working across multiple initiatives. This role involves collaborating with product and design teams to help drive projects forward, managing various components such as administrative duties, budget tracking, and timeline adherence to ensure project goals are achieved within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are respected.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets as assigned.
• Coordinate recruitment and training efforts to equip teams with necessary resources for project execution.
• Maintain and update project plans, monitor progress, and communicate status updates to teams and stakeholders as needed.
• Manage project coordination tasks such as taking meeting minutes, organizing project documentation, tracking invoices, and supporting project closure activities.
• Support adherence to project management methodologies, contribute to retrospective analyses, and recommend improvements for project processes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• At least one year of project management experience preferred, particularly within EdTech, software development, or publishing sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship management.
• Familiarity with project management software tools such as Smartsheet and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Capable of efficiently managing competing priorities and working well under pressure.
