Overview
Hogar is seeking a meticulous and analytical Project Data Analyst at an entry or junior level to join their hybrid work setup in the United States. This role involves supporting project teams by translating data into meaningful insights to aid decision-making. The position blends project management responsibilities with data analytical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and analyze data related to ongoing projects to assist in reporting and decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual data presentations for tracking project progress and performance metrics.
- Work alongside project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Keep track of project key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide support for ad-hoc data analysis requests throughout project lifecycles.
- Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, analytical techniques, and reporting workflows.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of project data reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- Entry to junior level experience (0 to 3+ years), including internships, in data analysis, project coordination, or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and/or visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong capabilities in analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to convert complex data insights into clear, actionable conclusions.
- Effective communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attentive to detail and capable of juggling multiple tasks within a hybrid work environment.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States.
