About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create plan and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Confirm color schemes for projects.
- Verify layout quantities accurately.
- Manage order placements for various projects.
- Compile handover packets and checklists for project completion.
- Develop and maintain the Master schedule, ensuring tasks progress timely as per plan.
- Coordinate all project activities with clients, consultants, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Perform on-site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and design specifications.
- Participate actively in site visits and coordination meetings.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Open to candidates lacking prior experience but enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
