Key Responsibilities and Role Overview

In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee comprehensive project execution from start to finish, including gathering requirements, developing business cases, managing change requests, securing sign-offs on functional specifications, coordinating user acceptance testing, and obtaining stakeholder approvals leading up to implementation.

You will be instrumental in identifying and promoting process improvements and business transformation initiatives to enhance customer retention (persistency), operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Additionally, you'll manage go-to-market strategies for new projects by organizing stakeholder communication, facilitating training sessions and webinars, deploying rollout plans, and monitoring adoption progress.

Improving customer experience, enhancing net promoter scores (NPS), and boosting renewal retention efforts will be key focus areas accomplished by collaborating closely across various departments.

Furthermore, you will perform market intelligence gathering, competitor benchmarking, and strategic evaluation to discover potential opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for business growth and improvement.
