Job Responsibilities

• Offer project management assistance for enterprise network engineering, integration, and installation endeavors under senior leadership guidance.
• Help in crafting, updating, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverable progress.
• Assist in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing technical, programmatic, as well as financial data to support status reports.
• Prepare agendas for meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items for both scheduled and spontaneous project tasks.
• Support documentation efforts including preparation, configuration control, and change management processes.
• Aid in developing cost estimations, presentation materials, and producing executive-level status reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or management-related discipline is required.
• Minimum of five years' experience in program or project management.
• Successful applicants must undergo a government security investigation and satisfy criteria for access to classified information.

Work Schedule and Location

The position demands onsite presence five days per week in San Diego, CA.
