Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of managing international customer projects and rollout initiatives independently.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installations and commissioning processes at customer locations.
• Ensure that project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Identify potential project risks early and devise effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with departments including Sales, Sales Management, Service, Export, Shipping, and other specialists.
• Support the sales team with technical and organizational inquiries during the offer and project phases.
• Manage external service providers, partners, and subcontractors effectively.
• Lead project meetings, conduct status updates, and deliver presentations to clients.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales Management to ensure revenue recognition aligns with project milestones.
• Independently implement smaller customer-specific product modifications beyond major development projects.
• Provide dedicated customer support internationally, particularly on-site during critical project stages.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Completion of a technical degree or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with an international and technical context.
• Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and managing complex projects.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• A structured, self-driven, and solution-focused working style.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor, especially in challenging project situations.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take responsibility.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 times per quarter across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
