Job Overview
An excellent opportunity is available for a Project Manager with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience to join a company specializing in online solutions for the life sciences sector. This position is located near the South East Dublin area, around Blackrock.
Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead the delivery of services across multiple clinical studies, working at the intersection of clinical operations, SaaS platform deployment, and global device logistics. This crucial role involves managing the full lifecycle of clinical studies, while coordinating internal teams spanning operations, technology, and quality assurance. The role requires hands-on involvement, strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and effectiveness in a dynamic, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle of clinical studies ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and compliant with both operational and quality standards.
- Maintain transparent tracking of study progress, risks, and timelines.
- Act as the main client contact, handling communications such as status reports, issue resolution, and expectation setting.
- Proactively manage client interactions to maintain clear, structured, and focused communication.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to guarantee timely shipment and availability of devices, along with adherence to calibration schedules and mitigation of device-related risks.
- Support client onboarding and platform configuration for the company's SaaS solution, collaborating with technical teams to address issues, implement updates, and ensure platform stability and accurate data flows.
- Serve as the central coordinator across operations, technology, and QA/compliance teams, ensuring all deliverables are aligned and driving internal accountability.
- Identify and manage risks, operational challenges, client escalations, and apply structured problem-solving to resolve issues efficiently and permanently.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation for internal governance, client needs, and audit preparedness, ensuring compliance with established processes and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Profile
Essential Experience:
- 3 to 7 years in project management or delivery roles, ideally within healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or clinical settings.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in client-facing project delivery.
Highly Desirable:
- Background in data management, clinical trials, or healthcare delivery.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms and regulated or semi-regulated environments.
- Familiarity with data-driven platforms.

Salary
The salary is negotiable and expected to be approximately €60,000 to €65,000 annually.
