Project Manager - Penetration Testing

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position within the Pentesting department, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The Project Manager will oversee penetration testing assignments from initiation until final delivery, ensuring effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage penetration testing projects from initial kickoff through to final delivery.
• Coordinate schedules between clients and penetration testing resources.
• Monitor project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain clear communication regarding project status with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage quality assurance for reports and ensure timely delivery of final documentation.
• Proactively identify scheduling issues or project risks and escalate them when necessary.
• Keep thorough and accurate project documentation throughout the project duration.
• Contribute to refining and improving processes within the Penetration Testing team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, or operational roles.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities and strong communication skills.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
