Key Responsibilities

  • Manage single or multiple projects within designated regions or sectors.
  • Oversee all planning aspects adhering to the company's Planning Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Report regularly to the Planning Department and Business Unit or Project Management teams.
  • Create and maintain schedules across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Maintain comprehensive progress tracking databases and compile progress reports.
  • Perform milestone forecasting, analyze delays and float paths.
  • Implement and utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and overall productivity on projects.
  • Conduct site audits to assess progress.
  • Participate in schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare tender schedules and produce histograms for data visualization.
  • Lead planning meetings and support weekly workface planning systems.
  • Load schedules with resource and cash allocations.
  • Provide accurate data to assist payment application processes.
  • Complete contract review documentation thoroughly.
  • Ensure the quality and precision of all schedules and related reports.
  • Alert relevant stakeholders to issues and propose viable resolutions.
  • Document delays, disruptions, and assist in claim preparations and contractual dispute data provision.
  • Travel to project sites as necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Train staff members when required and cover for senior planning roles if needed.

Candidate Requirements
