About the Company

Role Overview
The company is seeking a meticulous QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction work, materials, and finished workmanship meet project requirements, approved methods, and quality benchmarks. The role also supports ongoing improvement in quality across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track construction work to confirm it aligns with project specifications, quality norms, and approved procedures.
- Carry out inspections and quality verification on active site work and materials.
- Work with project teams to address quality issues and put corrective measures in place.
- Examine method statements, inspection requests, and related quality records.
- Draft quality reports and keep QA/QC documentation organized and up to date.
- Assist with internal audits and help ensure adherence to company and client quality expectations.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to uphold quality control standards.
- Make sure testing and inspection tasks are completed according to approved standards and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline and bring 3 to 7 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects. The role requires solid familiarity with quality standards, inspection processes, and construction methods, along with experience in QA/QC reporting and documentation. Strong coordination and communication skills are important, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and related engineering tools. Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred or required.
