Overview
This role focuses on the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure it meets company standards and customer requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing documentation related to QMS.
- Coordinating and executing internal audits as well as managing external audit processes.
- Overseeing the assurance and coordination of certification compliance.
- Organizing customer visits effectively.
- Supervising the claim management tool usage.
- Compiling specific customer quality requirements on a per-project basis.
- Ensuring timely closure of non-conformity issues and corrective actions.
- Maintaining a regular update of the Risk and Opportunities register.
- Following up on action plans resulting from internal and external audits.
Collaboration
The role involves close cooperation with the Local VOS team, the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Team for Integrated ISO Systems, and the PFMEA team focusing on manufacturing.
Detailed Job Duties
- Guaranteeing all necessary processes for the QMS are established, implemented, and consistently managed including documentation control.
- Working alongside the quality manager to perform internal audits in alignment with QMS standards.
- Conducting or assisting audits and evaluating company areas and processes to ensure compliance with standards and internal policies.
- Supporting various departments for certification-related activities and recommending improvements in process documentation and system tools.
- Assisting in creating strategies and action plans to meet objectives and enforce corrective and preventive measures effectively.
- Recommending and implementing measures for continual QMS improvement and certification maintenance.
- Promoting awareness of QMS standards and company guidelines across all employees through training sessions and presentations.
- Updating and maintaining accurate QMS documentation.
- Complying with QMS procedures, occupational health and safety regulations, and V.O.S. principles.
- Contributing to the development and adherence of standards focusing on customers, company culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Submitting improvement proposals in line with company objectives.
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification
- Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
Preferred Experience
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the electrical or mechanical engineering industry, specifically with management system focus.
- Knowledge of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Language skills in English and local language preferred but not mandatory.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, independence, initiative, good organizational abilities, and logical thinking.
