Role Overview
This opportunity is tailored for a social media marketing professional who thrives in both executing hands-on campaign management and delivering comprehensive training. The candidate will work alongside a seasoned event management consultant focused on creating, running, and refining paid advertising initiatives, primarily utilizing Meta platforms. The ultimate aim is to equip the client with the skills and confidence necessary to autonomously manage their social media marketing efforts moving forward. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and continuously enhance paid social media advertisements concentrated on Meta platforms.
- Manage content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring duties across various social networks.
- Offer practical, easily understood advice and best practices regarding campaign execution and content planning.
- Craft clear, step-by-step documentation and guides for the client’s ongoing use.
- Provide immediate feedback and assistance to foster the client’s development in social media marketing.
- Monitor campaign results, generate reports, and recommend targeted improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise managing social media marketing, especially with Meta advertising and scheduling across several platforms.
- Strong mentorship skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for client understanding.
- Current knowledge of social media trends, analytical methods, and industry best practices.
- Experience collaborating with clients in events, hospitality, or experiential marketing sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media management software such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cooperative, training-centric environment.
- Flexible and available for collaboration remotely.
