TouchPoint360 has more than five decades of experience supporting well-known brands in creating standout retail environments. The company handles a wide range of in-store projects, including shopper education, fixture and signage installation, merchandising, and complete store remodels. It operates as a W-2 employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
Role Summary
The company is looking for dependable Retail Merchandisers / Installers who are willing to travel and stay away from home for four to five weeks at a time. This role involves hands-on work with a team on store setup and execution projects.
What You Will Do
- Help assemble gondolas and other store fixtures.
- Carry out fixture installation work.
- Place and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
- Reset product displays and put up signage.
- Support project work that may take place during day or night shifts, depending on the assignment.
Travel, Schedule, and Work Details
- Travel-related costs are covered, including airfare, ground transportation, and lodging.
- Mileage, drive time, and per diem are reimbursed or paid.
- Training is provided and paid.
- Work is paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
- Each project typically involves a 40-hour workweek.
- There may be additional travel assignments after a project ends.
- Shift timing may vary between days and nights based on project needs.
Qualifications
- Prior planogram knowledge is required.
- You must be able to stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- You should be able to remain standing for 8 to 10 hours per day without assistance.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- You need reliable transportation and active insurance coverage.
