Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager role involves leading daily store functions to guarantee smooth inventory control and excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities including stock control and inventory oversight.
- Supervise sales team members to meet sales goals, enhance operational efficiency, and minimize shrinkage.
- Perform routine audits to keep precise records of inventory status, losses, and any stock discrepancies.
- Formulate and execute strategies targeting reduction of losses and prevention of theft or damage.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, operational guidelines, and legal standards.
