Returns Coordinator

About the Role

The Returns Coordinator position at Renovation Brands is focused on maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing returns processing, fulfilling the sample program, and supporting general warehouse activities such as cycle counting and receiving. This flexible role adapts to business needs by assisting across multiple operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process customer and vendor returns, assessing product condition and verifying accuracy.
• Decide and execute the appropriate return disposition, including restocking, refurbishing, liquidating, or disposal, following company protocols.
• Process related transactions and update inventory data using systems like Shopify and NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Quality and Packaging teams to identify opportunities to minimize product damage and reduce returns.
• Pick, pack, and ship product samples to customers, vendors, and sales teams, maintaining accurate sample inventory and replenishing stock as necessary.
• Track and ensure timely fulfillment of sample requests.
• Support cycle counting activities to improve inventory accuracy.
• Assist receiving operations, including unloading, staging, and proper placement of inbound goods.
• Keep warehouse storage areas, aisles, and returns sections organized and clean.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in warehouse operations, returns processing, or order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with inventory or order management platforms such as Shopify or NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail combined with workplace safety awareness.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Physically able to perform routine warehouse tasks including walking, bending, and moving materials frequently.

Work Details

• Location: On-site at Helton Drive, Florence, Alabama.
• Shift: First shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Hourly wage of $18.00.
• Reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
