Role and Responsibilities

Working under the Spencer's brand, the Sales Associate's main duty is to uphold guest services in line with the company's standard. The position involves supporting the store management team by driving sales, performing store housekeeping duties, managing merchandising tasks, signing, pricing, running the point-of-sale system, and aiding in loss prevention. All activities must comply with company policies and procedures.

The role requires physical activities such as climbing ladders, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds as well as standing or walking for up to eight hours.
